Duties The patient care coordinator is responsible for booking patient appointments and facilitating an excellent custom service experience.
You will be answering phones, booking appointments, confirming appointments, answering and responding to any leads through web marketing platforms or any recent patient referral inquiries, poke calls, RecallMax follow-ups, and pre-determinations; as well as acquiring and presenting a break-down of perks and the cost of treatment to patients.
Qualifications You must have a minimum 3 years experience in sales and service.
