Realstar is looking for a proactive Part-Time Assistant Resident Manager to join its team. This unique role requires on-site residency and involves two weekdays and every second weekend, as well as on-call evenings. You will focus on maintenance, cleaning, and exceptional customer interactions to uphold our property standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and upkeep property common areas regularly
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and repairs
• Prepare vacant apartments for current residents promptly
• Ensure outstanding customer service for residents
• Help manage leasing operations and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
