Our Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will celebrate fresh bakery products and provide customers with a delightful in‑bakery experience. You will be responsible for product merchandising, marketing campaigns, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting with production when needed.

Your Role as Sales Assistant

Your day will include collaborating with a small team, engaging regularly with loyal customers, merchandising products, executing marketing campaigns, and learning basic baking skills.

What Your Day Looks Like

- Provide exceptional customer service and become known to regular customers.
- Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns.
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist with production as needed.

Requirements

- Demonstrate pride in delivering a personable customer experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Be reliable,



self‑motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
- Be a team player who is approachable and enjoys collaboration.
- Retail experience and handling cash, credit, or debit transactions is an asset.

Physical Requirements

- Continuous standing or walking for all tasks.
- Constant use of both hands.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 7.5 kg, reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning.
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level.

Pay: $17.85 per hour. 2 to 3 shifts per week.
