We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time CNA or Universal Worker to support our residents with daily living needs, dining services, light housekeeping, and activities. This role is key in creating a secure, welcoming environment while building meaningful connections with residents and their families. There are also opportunities for advancement as a medication aide for those who qualify.

Compensation

- $15.00-$17.00 per hour, based on experience
- $2.00 per hour shift differential for evening and night shifts
- Paid training

Qualifications

- Compassion for working with older adults
- Dependable, team-oriented, and strong communication skills
- Experience in senior living or caregiving is helpful, but we will train the right person
