Internship dates: January 5th to April 23th, 2027.

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location, internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Why join our team?

The intern will have to provide support on various financial operations governance activities as well as on ad hoc requests from team members. He must demonstrate intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness in order to accomplish his various mandates.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Here are some examples:

- Provide support for accounts payable reconciliation: Analyze the root causes of unreconciled items and develop an action plan to resolve the issues.
- Support the internal audit process.
- Support the semi-annual inventory review process.
- Produce monthly financial reports.
- Develop training materials.

What do you need to be successful?

- Be eligible to work in Canada.
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.




- Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.
- Pursuing studies in Finance or Accounting .
- A valuable knowledge of the French language, both written and spoken, is required for this position considering the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the candidate will interact.
- A good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required for this position considering the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the candidate will interact.

Assets:

- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and changing priorities.
- Mastery of Excel.
- Good navigation in MS Office, SharePoint and Power BI systems and applications.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
