The job involves:

- Ensuring all floors, carpets, elevators, and windows are maintained to hotel standards
- Restocking guest room amenities, cleaning products and supplies
- Delivering and removing cots, fridges, cribs and microwaves to guest rooms
- Inspecting and reporting any equipment damage or malfunction
- Assisting with the disposal of garbage
- Lifting up to 20 pounds pushing and pulling up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift
- Cleaning and maintaining smoking or non‑smoking rooms when needed
- Responding to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
- Work safely, and in compliance with OH&S; policies and legislation
- Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
- Working independently and as one team that supports and helps one another
- Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation

The ideal candidate has:

- Previous work experience cleaning common areas and stocking amenities in guest rooms
- Sense of urgency, accountability and a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Attention to detail




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
