Support adults with developmental disabilities as a Direct Support Qualified in Taneytown or Westminster, MD. Engage in fostering independence and a supportive home environment, making each day impactful.

As part of The Arc Carroll County team, you will be responsible for helping residents with daily routines and activities that bring joy and purpose. Your role includes meal preparation, personal care assistance, and community access while promoting self-advocacy and empowerment within a protected living environment. We're offering paid training and a lucrative DSP certification program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage individuals in a residential home community
• Implement cutting-edge and meaningful activities




• Assist with personal care and daily living skills
• Support mobility needs and medication administration
• Maintain safety and inclusivity in the home

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid U.S. driver's license needed
• Successful completion of background checks
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with mobility
