Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily food and beverage operations
• Liaise closely with kitchen for menu and food service
• Assist with weekly stocktakes and prepare rosters

Requirements:
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in hotels
• HACCP certification is a must
