Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. We are looking for a skilled operator with strong mechanical and mathematical abilities and at least 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a quick‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Press Brake Machines to bend sheet metal accurately.
- Set up Machines with correct tooling and settings.
- Read Blueprints and work orders to understand job specs.
- Perform bending operations and adjust machines as needed.
- Program CNC Machines with job parameters when required.
- Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot issues and report problems to supervisors.
- Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
- Manage time to meet production goals.
- Handle materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

- 1+ years of press brake operation experience.




- Ability to read blueprints and job specs.
- Skilled in using measuring tools like calipers and gauges.
- Knowledge of sheet metal prep and machine mechanics.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Familiar with safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
- Able to optimize setups and improve production efficiency.
- Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Works well in a team environment and communicates clearly.

Shift & Pay

- Work environment: Fast‑paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM.
- Pay: $21 – $24 per hour (depending on experience).
- Higher rates may be offered to candidates with extensive experience.
- Benefits available after probation period.
- Performance reviews at 3 and 6 months; wage review after 12 months.
