As a Wellness Centre Host, you will uphold YMCA's mission and serve the members and program participants effectively. Your role includes fostering relationships through direct interactions while providing health education and fitness leadership on the floor. You'll ensure high-quality service, cleanliness, and organization within the wellness centre to create a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver service-focused fitness programming and instruction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the wellness area
• Engage with members through active dialogue




• Support YMCA's mission and core values consistently
• Monitor compliance with provincial and federal legislation
Requirements:
• YMCA Individual Conditioning II recommended
• Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
• Completion of mandated training upon hire
• Flexibility in working hours based on client needs
• Successful Police Records Check required
