Front Desk Agents provide an outstanding guest experience by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. In this key guest service role, they ensure guests needs and expectations are met by answering their questions and solving problems efficiently.
This job might be right for you if you think you would really enjoy:
- Providing quality guest service.
- Assisting guests with all aspects of reservations in a knowledgeable manner; requires thorough understanding of Sunshine Village's services and products.
- Dealing with challenging guest situations in a friendly and professional manner; this includes using the switchboard and dispatch in the event of emergencies.
- Completing accurate, daily cash-outs.
- Maintaining public areas in and around the hotel as required.
- Other duties as assigned including cross-departmental utilization in night audit, concierge, and janitorial departments.
Additional Considerations:
- Employees must always be of a sound mind, exhibit good judgment, and report to work fit for duty.
- This position requires the ability to stand for long periods of time, occasional heavy lifting, and good mobility in an upper alpine setting.
- Some required uniform pieces are provided. Candidates must be prepared and wear appropriate footwear, gloves, layers, etc. for the conditions of an indoor role at a ski area.
