Kindle Montessori is hiring a committed Guide to nurture young learners and guide them towards balance and joy in their educational journey. This full-time or part time role focuses on creating engaging, in-person learning experiences.
As a Guide, you will develop tailored lesson plans for children ages 2.5 to 6 years, creating a positive and stimulating environment for their growth. The position requires strong communication skills and a cooperative spirit, as you’ll work closely with colleagues and families to foster a supportive educational atmosphere. Your Montessori training and experience in early childhood education will be pivotal in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized lesson plans and activities
• Create a nurturing learning environment for children




• Support each child according to their unique needs
• Collaborate with staff and families for inclusive learning
• Document observations of children’s progress
Requirements:
• Montessori Training Certification is essential
• ECE Level 2 or 3 certification
• Up-to-date First Aid training
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred
