In this part time role, you’ll guide students through essential swim lessons using our unique approach. Candidates should have a passion for working with children and enjoy a culture that prioritizes fun and water safety year-round. Flexibility is key, as instructors are needed on weekends and weekday afternoons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swimming skills to children of various ages
• Create an enjoyable learning experience in the pool
• Engage with parents regarding their children’s progress
• Participate in structured paid training,



including lifeguard cert
• Follow the British Swim School teaching methodology
Requirements:
• Competent swimming skills with knowledge of strokes
• Enjoyment of working with preschool and elementary kids
• Availability for weekend shifts from 8:30 AM - 2 PM
• Reliable transport to local franchise locations
• Upbeat attitude and a readiness to make work fun
