Responsibilities

- To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sales of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer.
- To receive merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer.
- To operate and maintain all equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner.
- To pick, prepare products as directed by the manager.




- Ensuring proper storage of inventory in all areas.
- Perform housekeeping duties in all areas of Home & Agro building facilities and yards.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- A valid Class 5 would be considered an asset.
- Have a positive, qualified approach and attitude.
- Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
- A pleasant and out-going personality.
- A desire and ability to work with the public.
- Physically able to do heavy lifting, climbing and kneeling.
- Forklift certification would be an asset.
- Home Centre & Agro product knowledge an asset.
- Considered Safety Sensitive Position; Therefore, is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol & Substance policy as condition of employment.
