Independent Contractor / Part-Time or Full-Time Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) to join our integrative, patient-centered clinic. The successful candidate will provide hands-on osteopathic manual therapy focused on restoring structure, mobility, nervous system balance, and overall function. Our clinic blends manual therapy, nervous system regulation, and advanced wellness technologies within a collaborative, ethical, and evidence-informed environment. Key Responsibilities

Perform osteopathic manual assessments and treatments using hands-on techniques Develop individualized treatment plans addressing musculoskeletal, visceral, cranial, and nervous system function Maintain accurate clinical charting and treatment notes Educate clients on posture, movement, and self-care strategies Collaborate respectfully with RMTs, acupuncturists, reflexologists, and other practitioners Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards at all times Adhere to clinic policies, infection control, and client confidentiality requirements Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)





Graduate of a recognized Osteopathic Manual Practice program (or equivalent provincial osteopathic association) Eligible for professional liability insurance Current First Aid & CPR Strong hands-on assessment and manual therapy skills Excellent communication and client-centered care approach Preferred Qualifications

Active COA membership (or eligibility in progress) Experience working in integrative or multidisciplinary clinics Additional training in nervous system regulation, chronic pain, or trauma-informed care Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team model What We Offer
