What You'll Do: As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the friendly first voice our members hear when they need help – whether it's medical or general assistance. Before cases move to our Case Coordinators, you'll be the one making sure everyone gets the support they need. Your day-to-day will include: Being the first point of contact for all calls, emails, and correspondence Helping traveling members with practical needs like booking taxis, ambulances, hotels,
