In-Person PositionCompetitive Hourly Rate ($125-$150/hour)Are you a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist or Neuropsychologist looking for an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative and culturally-informed practice? Healing Roots Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. You approach each case with care, ensuring that your evaluations, formulations, and reports provide meaningful insight that can guide treatment, support planning, and long-term outcomes for individuals and families.You are both clinically grounded and professionally accountable, able to balance clinical expertise with the organizational and documentation standards required for high-quality care. You take initiative when needed,



manage your responsibilities with precision, and approach assessment, reporting, and communication with consistency, clarity, and professionalism.You value collaboration, ongoing growth, and ethical practice, and engage with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity of care across both Healing Roots Therapy and Healing Roots Health and Wellness. You understand the importance of contributing not only through your assessments, but through how your work supports the overall client experience within the clinic.Most importantly, you approach your work with empathy, respect, inclusivity, and a genuine commitment to providing thoughtful, accurate, and impactful care.Key ResponsibilitiesPsychological & Psychoeducational AssessmentsConduct psychological and psychoeducational assessments for adults (experience supporting children and adolescents is an asset)Assessment areas may include ADHD, learning disabilities, giftedness, executive functioning, diagnostic clarification, and social-emotional functioningProvide end-to-end assessment services, including:Clinical interviews and records reviewAdministering/scoring (if choose to not have a psychometrist Support)Interpretation and integration of standardized measuresPsychological reports and diagnostic lettersFeedback sessions with clients and familiesCollaboration with schools, physicians, and allied professionals as neededTherapy (Secondary Component)Provide in-person psychotherapy services to clientsExperience in couples and family therapy is considered an assetOpportunities to supervise training psychologists or psychotherapists, based on interest and capacityConsultation, mentorship, and case review opportunities availableSupervision responsibilities are optional and tailored to experience.What You BringPh.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical, Counselling, or School Psychology or Psychological Associate (Master Degree candidate)Fully registered and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)Authorized to work in CanadaMinimum 5+ years of mental health experienceDeclared competency in the areas of Clinical Psychology with no restrictions on license to practiceDeclared competence in Assessment/Evaluation/InterventionExcellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal, problem solving, and time management skillsProficiency in technology is essential, including familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems and Microsoft 365 applicationsDemonstrated experience in clinical interviewing, diagnosis and formulation,
