Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swim lessons while engaging with enthusiasm
• Follow safety procedures and brand policies
• Train incoming swim instructors effectively
• Provide coaching reports based on class observations
• Communicate with parents about students’ progress
Requirements:
• Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certifications needed
• Outgoing personality and strong service skills
• Previous experience as a swim instructor required
• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and standards
• Solid communication skills, bilingual a plus
