In this pivotal role reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will enhance support for Toronto programs. The Manager will develop fruitful relationships with donors and community partners while overseeing fundraising campaigns. Prior experience in donor relations or resource development is vital to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement fundraising initiatives aligned with program goals
• Build relationships with donors and community partners
• Coordinate donor cultivation and stewardship activities




• Prepare presentations and donor proposals collaboratively
• Track fundraising progress and maintain donor records

Requirements:
• Minimum three years in fundraising or donor relations
• Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• Knowledge of donor databases, preferably Raiser's Edge
• Solid communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage priorities
