In this critical position within the Fleet & Rentals department, you will oversee equipment rental operations. This includes handling inquiries, coordinating timely deliveries, and managing accurate billing and documentation. As a key point of contact for clients, your focus will be on building lasting relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and process rental inquiries efficiently
• Assist in the account setup and proposal process
• Maintain solid communication with rental clients




• Schedule equipment deliveries per client needs
• Track rental orders and equipment availability accurately

Requirements:
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in a relevant field preferred
• 2-3 years in a similar role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
