About the Position
A leading manufacturing company in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations. This is a longterm, fulltime chance for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment, buildings, and production environments running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general facility repairs including carpentry, painting, patching, and basic construction tasks
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues (lighting, outlets, switches)
Handle plumbing maintenance such as leaks, clogs, and fixture replacements
Support manufacturing operations with equipment checks and minor repairs
Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Requirements
1+ year of building or facility maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of general repairs, electrical basics, and plumbing
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
