Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snow removal tools for effective clearing
• Work efficiently with team members on large snow areas
• Apply de-icing materials to ensure protected access




• Mark property hazards with appropriate signage
• Participate in equipment and vehicle maintenance

Requirements:
• Must be on call for snow events 24/7
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
• Willingness to operate in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity with snow removal techniques is preferred
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
