As a Rehabilitation Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse or Therapist. This role requires effective communication and the ability to assist residents in various rehabilitative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with mobility and strengthening exercises
• Support dressing and toileting needs during treatment
• Transport residents to rehabilitative programs




• Report observations to the therapist or nurse
• Maintain and organize equipment and workspaces

Requirements:
• Completed Rehabilitation Assistant Program with recent experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with dementia residents
• Strong organizational skills and physical capability
• Current Criminal Records Check and tuberculosis screening
