ComPsych is looking for licensed clinicians to deliver ethical, solution-focused counseling within the Employee Assistance Program. Your focus will be on providing in-person support to employees and their households in navigating everyday challenges. Maintaining compliance with clinical standards will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide client-centered EAP counseling services
• Manage intake assessments and clinical discussions
• Help clients with anxiety, stress, and relationship issues
• Document clinical sessions accurately and timely
• Work within ComPsych's referral and care management processes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health
• 3+ years of post-master's clinical experience
• Valid accreditation or registration in your field
• Liability insurance must be active
• Provide an updated resume or CV
