Baycrest Hospital is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for the Complex Continuing Care Unit (6E) to provide specialized post-acute inpatient care to older adults with complex medical conditions. This permanent part time role offers a night shift schedule, with a bi-weekly commitment of 30 hours.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, plan and evaluate nursing interventions, and support quality-of-life goals within a non-acute hospital setting.
