You will play a crucial role in documenting customer interactions and collaborating with dispatch to meet customer requests promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls promptly and professionally
• Assist with ride bookings and inquiries
• Document information accurately for tracking




• Coordinate with dispatch to fulfill requests
• Uphold superior customer service standards

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of dispatch or call center experience
• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced situations
• Familiarity with London and surrounding areas
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm
