AYSP is seeking a dedicated professional for a permanent full-time Youth Diversion Coordinator position in Mississauga, ON. In this role, you will implement evidence-based, youth-focused programs under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. Your experience in youth justice and social sciences will allow you to connect with youth and families through innovative sanctions and programming.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide community-based support for youth in legal systems
• Respond to referrals from legal agencies for interventions




• Meet youth and families in-person and online
• Develop innovative program measures for client needs
• Maintain documentation for service plans and case summaries

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in social sciences or related field
• Knowledge of youth justice legislation and models
• 1-2 years’ experience working with youth
• Flexibility for evening and client-centered hours
