Working closely with the Senior Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will be trusted to reconcile account balances, process and apply payments, and manage customer files. Your role includes reviewing credit applications, monitoring limits, and solving customer disputes. Additionally, you will track overdue accounts and assist in overall finance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



• Process payments accurately and maintain account records • Support credit activities and monitor customer inquiries • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly • Facilitate communication between departments for conflict resolution • Manage and follow up on aging reports for overdue payments
