Chateau Nova Kingsway is looking for an outgoing and dependable Part-Time Food & Beverage Server to join our team.

As a Server, you’ll be one of the faces of our Food & Beverage team, providing friendly, attentive service and helping make every guest’s visit an enjoyable one. Whether it’s welcoming guests, serving a great meal, or working alongside your teammates during a busy service, you’ll play an important role in creating the hospitality our guests remember.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring guests receive attentive service throughout their visit
- Answer questions and help guests with menu selections
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests
- Process guest payments accurately
- Communicate with the Kitchen and other team members to provide smooth and timely service
- Respond to guest questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow food safety, responsible service, and Hotel procedures
- Work together with the Food & Beverage team to deliver a great guest experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is a hotel setting, which has the following conditions: medium-high noise environment; high traffic area for internal guests, exposure to moving parts and equipment such as vacuum, steam cleaner, washer, and dryer. Potential exposure to theft and/or belligerent guests. Exposure to chemicals. Frequently working in areas of high temperatures around heavy equipment. Exposure to sharps and biohazards.
