Compass Homecare is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Personal Support Worker fluent in Russian. You will provide high-quality in-home care with versatile shift options, enhancing clients' lives.
This role focuses on delivering personalized support tailored to each client’s needs in the Greater Toronto Area. Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, and emotional companionship to ensure comfort and dignity for clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care: dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Assist clients with daily living tasks and monitoring health
• Prepare nutritious meals and remind clients of medications
• Complete light housekeeping and accompany clients outside
• Maintain detailed and timely electronic documentation
Requirements:
• Certification as a Personal Support Worker from an Ontario program
• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English
• Transportation access for travel between clients
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray required
