Requirements
- Journeyman‑certified Barber or hair stylist, or in final stage of apprenticeship
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Adaptability to quick‑paced environment
- In‑depth industry knowledge and trend awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for shift work
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and conduct thorough consultations
- Provide expert recommendations based on face shape and taste
- Demonstrate high‑quality technical skills (clipper cuts, fades, natural necklines, texturizing, customization)
- Build lasting relationships with loyal customers
- Maintain grooming stations and sterilize tools
- Maximize retail opportunities through effective chair education
