and advocate for residents to actively participate in decisions about their care.The Horticulture Therapist at Schlegel Villages fosters exemplary relationships with residents, their families and the Village team to deliver holistic care that focuses on adaptable living and quality of life.Our Horticultural Therapist will plan gardening-based activities, either on a per-session basis or incorporated into a larger curriculum. Providing hands on experiences for our residents including, but not limited to planting seeds and caring for plants both indoors and outside.In combination with the Recreation Team, the Horticulture Therapist can support our residents to learn, grow, find life purpose and meaning.
