This 27.95-hour weekly position operates Monday through Friday, assisting teachers with both instructional and non-instructional tasks. You will provide behavior support for students with various needs, ensuring a safe and engaging learning experience for all. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students in achieving educational goals based on individual plans
• Conduct personal care routines as needed
• Collaborate with staff on learning and safety plans
• Provide support in off-site programs and activities




• Maintain positive relationships with students and staff
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 plus relevant certifications
• Two years of practical experience supporting students
• Training in Behaviour Disorders and Crisis Intervention
• Preferred: French language proficiency for immersion settings
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
