Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize the AEO Selling Model for guest engagement
• Suggest appropriate products based on guest needs




• Actively promote the AEO loyalty program to customers
• Flexibly support Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Fitting Room
• Effectively resolve any guest concerns
Requirements:
• Must love interacting with people and products
• Previous retail background is beneficial
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and evenings
• High-energy multitasking skills are a must
