Role Description The Program Manager (Full-time) will oversee multiple projects and initiatives within a broader program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and successful delivery of outcomes. This on-site role, based in Toronto, ON, involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and maintaining clear stakeholder communication. The Program Manager will develop and maintain program plans, track progress against milestones, prepare status reports, and facilitate regular meetings with project leads and leadership.



Responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues, optimizing processes, supporting change management and adoption, and ensuring that program deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The role requires close collaboration with internal colleagues and client representatives, with a focus on structured execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in program and project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of multi-workstream initiatives.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) and experience managing budgets, schedules, and risks.
- Experience leading change management activities, including adoption planning, training coordination, and impact assessment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP) are an asset.
- Previous work in consulting, qualified services, or complex organizational environments is preferred.
- Comfort working in office in Toronto, ON, with the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple concurrent activities.
