As a Sanitation Lead, your role is critical in maintaining food safety standards. You will carry out procedures for cleaning production equipment and report back to your supervisor on supplies and progress. Your hands-on experience in food sanitation will help guide your team in optimal practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute cleaning procedures for idle equipment effectively
• Keep detailed records of sanitation activities
• alert supervisor for supply need assessments
• Test and maintain chemical concentrations for safety
• Operate and understand COP and CIP systems well
Requirements:
• Six months of experience in a sanitation role preferred
• High school diploma or GED is a plus
• Basic Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Must be available for night shifts
• Familiarity with refractometers preferred
