Position: (Part‑time) Sales Associate (DSW banner)

As a Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. You will be responsible for delivering on service standards to achieve store objectives, which includes in‑store sales, web orders, and other goals directed by the Store Manager.

Key Job Accountabilities

- Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and industry trend knowledge.
- Provide a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Foster teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
- Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned.

- Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co‑workers.




- Excellent customer service skills and robust will to assist customer needs.
- Motivated and driven to achieve results.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Openness to learn and develop new skills.
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.

Pay

$17.60 per hour.
