We are looking to hire a Manager. As a manager of Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill, your role requires you to:

- Recruit, train and supervise the team
- Account for key financials and control costs
- Effectively run both FOH and BOH and lead all shifts
- Manage food quality / standards and inventory control
- Follows the Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill System
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Provide excellent customer service in representation of the Chuck's Roadhouse brand
- Schedule team members and monitor their performance
- Create memorable guest experiences / manage complaints
- Experience in a management role is a requirement

The overall goal is to set the example for the entire team. Be a role model that sets the tone for the restaurant where customer satisfaction is acknowledged as priority.

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
