Join the RAAM Clinic in London, Ontario, as a Program Support II and help foster client wellness in addiction services. This role will assist in coordinating vital healthcare services.
As part of a dedicated interdisciplinary team, you will support the provision of addiction-related services through tasks such as client reception and data management. Your work will uphold clients' rights, promote their dignity, and enhance their access to necessary services. Join us for this part time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and provide them with information
• Maintain and input client data into the EMR system
• Assist with generating reports and compiling statistics
• Oversee inventory for medical supplies and equipment
• Implement care and treatment plans as directed
Requirements:
• Completed education in administrative or human services program
• Required Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC)
• Proven reliability in attendance and performance
• Experience in healthcare settings is beneficial
• CPI training preferred but not mandatory
