Pay Band 12: $23,170 to $24,840 (3 step range)

Location: Melfort

Employment Terms: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: Days, Evenings, Weekends; 56 shifts of 8 hours per 12 weeks

Unit: Chronic Resident Unit, Parkland Place Facility

Job Description

Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

Responsibilities

- Deliver personal care to residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Encourage independent functioning.
- Support physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs.

Qualifications

- Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA) required.
- Valid driver's license, where required.
- Food Protected certificate, where required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic computer, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
