Hourly rate starting at $17.60 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Role Summary

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

- Sign waving
- General housekeeping
- Merchandising
- Signing
- Pricing
- POS operations
- Loss prevention

Qualifications & Physical Demands

Minimum age requirement: 16.

Physical demands: climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.

While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. The application you are about to complete will be routed to our consignment operator for their consideration. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible for your employment perks and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
