Your Role

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than when they arrived. You are the face of our company and take pride in that. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day.

Your Responsibilities

- You engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends‑first mindset.
- You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs.
- You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
- You can adapt to any role—sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, or stockroom—as needed.
- You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
- You assist your team in getting the job done and uphold teamwork values.
- You act with integrity, following AEO policies and procedures.

- You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- You are available to work when guests shop (even evenings, weekends & holidays).
- You're enthusiastic about AE and Aerie products.
- You have prior retail experience.
- You're at least 16 years of age.
