Lead impactful community programs as a Community Outreach Coordinator in Yellowhead County. Drive initiatives that support seniors and vulnerable residents through education and outreach efforts.

Reporting to the FCSS Supervisor, you will coordinate and deliver community programs, including the Home Support Program and public education workshops. Focus on preventative programming while advocating for individuals and families in need. Your role is central to developing partnerships and improving community services across Yellowhead County.

Key Responsibilities:



• Plan and deliver workshops to enhance community capabilities • Coordinate with local agencies for effective program delivery • Maintain an updated inventory of available resources • Facilitate collaboration among service agencies and volunteers • Prepare reports and promotional material for outreach programs

Requirements: • Post secondary degree in Human Services or related field • Two years of social services experience preferred • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License • Certification in First Aid and CPR • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
