Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding client service for all Autopac transactions
• Use the Prospector Program to generate leads during every interaction
• Follow established service standards for optimum coverage options
• Cross-sell auto extension products relevant to client needs
• Support Personal Lines with processing and related tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of insurance or relevant customer service experience
• Valid Manitoba General Insurance License preferred
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC is an asset
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and valid driver’s license
