Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and control the quality of account documentation
• Finalize documentation and manage workflow
• Communicate to resolve documentation issues
• Maintain reporting metrics and track transitions
• Process transfer requests efficiently

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business-related fields preferred
• At least 1 year in a customer/client service role
• Familiarity with financial services is a plus
• MS Office proficiency required
• Robust communication and organizational skills
