Join West Coast Client Support Society as a Program Worker, providing critical support to veterans in a trauma-informed setting. The role focuses on life skills development and community reintegration strategies.

WCCSS needs enthusiastic Program Workers to work directly with veterans, assisting them in achieving personal development goals. You will conduct clients' initial assessments, facilitate hands-on training, and maintain effective communication with community services. Your support is crucial in each client's path to recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client orientation and establish IDPs
• Provide coaching and skills training for clients
• Coordinate referrals to health and legal services




• Keep communication open with community agencies
• Prepare exit plans and document progress

Requirements:
• Two years of related experience in residential settings
• Competence in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices
• Certification in FOODSAFE Level 1 and WHMIS
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to remain confidential and ethical in practice
