Key Responsibilities:
• Offer person-centered care while managing cooperative goals
• Track daily logs, incident reports, and communicate effectively
• Assist with meal preparations and personal care tasks
• Model positive behaviors and maintain professional boundaries
• Attend meetings and contribute to program development
Requirements:
• Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean record
• 1+ years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Commitment to Positive Behavior Management Training
• Criminal Record Check required
