Hull City Council is seeking a Customer Advisor to join the contact centre. You will provide information and assistance across council services by telephone, live chat, email and in person, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive image at all times.
Successful candidates will be trained to use knowledge of services such as Council Tax, Housing and Welfare, with weekend and shift work on a rota.
