Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Case Managers and Disability Specialists
• Initiate follow-up communication with Plan Members




• Conduct functional telephone interviews for claims
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate claim files
• Assist with payments and banking updates

Requirements:
• Studium in Nursing, Health Sciences, or similar
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in customer service or administration
• Basic knowledge of claims processing and health insurance
