Tim Hortons in Hope, BC is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to lead a team of 5–10 staff members in a busy restaurant environment. This is a full-time position at $20.45/hour for 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Hire food service staff
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Supervise and check assembly of trays
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
Requirements: Secondary (high)



school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service
Criminal record check required
Excellent oral communication skills
Client focus, flexibility, initiative, and dependability
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, standing for extended periods
